Meaning work harder in the same amount of time, means you will be burning more calories from fat while not losing as much muscle mass. 4 In order to change your figure you must add resistance training to your workouts! Cardio alone will not make lasting and more noticable changes to your body. If you are hesitant to start weight training please seek professional help!
