
Demetri and Maria Beekman are living examples that you must continue to workout to maintain the physique that you desire to have and as well keep. This married couple workouts with me two days per week in addition to the three days they do on their own. They are an inspiration to myself and others who dream about reaching a goal. But once the goal is reached the hardest part is maintaining it!
The workouts that I design for them is geared to burn 700-1000 calories per hour. This is only achievable if one is already in shape. Results of calories burned vary depending on fitness level, so once you lose the weight then you can train a higher level to get even better results! Walking is a great way to stay in shape if your already in shape, but if your trying to lose body fat and create an awesome healthy body you have to do more than walk, unless your health care provider has given you strict instruction to walk only!!!
